Adopt a Domestic Long Hair

Domestic Long Hair Cat

Trudy the Cat needs a home

Trudy is a beautiful long-haired grey cat, approx., 2 years old, with a white nose and chest and 4 little white paws. She came into MHS with her 2 kittens who have since been adopted into loving homes. Now is the time for Trudy to find her forever home. Trudy would make the perfect companion for your cat. She is consistently seen grooming and taking care of the other cat in her foster home, probably a product of being a former mother herself. She will rub against them and follow them around everywhere. She has the sweetest chirps and meows you can hear and is always meowing to be close to her feline friend. Trudy is still scared of humans and will need time to get used you and her new environment. She will occasionally hiss if you get too close or startle her, but it's only because she is scared. Even though she won't be your typical lap cat, she has made tremendous progress since coming into foster. She will return a slow eye blink and even gain the courage to walk up to her foster parent to meow when she is hungry. She would do best in a quiet adult home, preferably an apartment or condo with another cat who she can keep company. Trudy is still quite young and playful and loves to chase around her toy mouse and a video of this has been included. For more information on Trudy, please contact her foster parent Christina.
